This is the absolute worst run medical clinic I have ever been to. Was sick in July and had an appointment to see Dr.Soile and my appointment was cancelled several times over the next week. I ended up going to the hospital because nothing was done. The office staff could care less how they treat people. When you call it is either busy or you are put on hold or or they just don't answer. The office staff can speak to you any way they want but dear lord don't you speak out of turn, because then you are told off and spoken to like a child. You have to speak to them with the up most respect but they can do as they please. I don't think so. Dr.Soile runs unnecessary tests and prescribes medication most people can't afford and it is done all the time. Very upset how I have been treated. Also watched both my Mother in law and Father in law be over medicated and had to be hospitalized Not that anyone cares!
This place really needs to remove the WALK IN sign from not only their website but also their front window. A person needing to see a doctor should not have to waste their time waiting for this place to open only to find out they won't help you. The receptionist didn't seem to have a compassionate enough attitude to be working in a medical office either
I made an appointment for 1230pm and arrived on time. After waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, I was told I would be next after a few more minutes. I asked for a phone call appointment since I couldn't wait any longer and never got a call from my doctor. Very disappointed.
Refused to help my 3-month old child because we didn’t have a mask. We then had to go purchase a 100 pack of masks in the IDA Next door because this place will not give $0.02 masks out for free. They then processed to be late for my appointment. I was also told I can’t sit beside my daughter and wife in a empty waiting room because every other seat was signed ‘do not sit here’
Never answer phones always have to do the leg work yourself when trying to find referrals...example MRI..XRAY..ULTRASOUNDS they make you call around
